Nudgeharbor / Legal

A plain-language privacy notice for the work behind the work.

Nudgeharbor helps local-service teams keep a clear thread from first inquiry to booked visit. This notice explains what information the workspace holds, why it is used, and the choices available when questions come up.

The short version

Your workspace data helps your team follow through.

We do not sell or rent it. The business that invited you to work with it controls who can access it in that workspace.

01 / Information in the workspace

A practical record of each customer thread

Nudgeharbor is a local-service workspace. Depending on how a team uses it, the workspace may hold information that a person shares when they call, write, or ask for a service. The business using Nudgeharbor decides what to add and how to act on it.

Lead records may include

  • Name and contact details
  • Requested service
  • How the inquiry came in
  • Messages and conversation notes
  • Lead status and next step
  • Operational timestamps

Appointments and visits

A team may record a scheduled time, expected duration, service, and the context needed to confirm or prepare for a visit.

Follow-ups

Follow-through records can include the person and service involved, a due date, whether the task is complete, and the timestamps that help a team understand what happened.

02 / Why it is used

To keep the next step visible

We use workspace information to provide and improve the requested Nudgeharbor features. That includes operating the inbox, helping a team qualify inquiries, keeping scheduling details together, supporting follow-through, sending requested notifications, and producing operational reports for the customer’s team.

We may also use information to maintain the service, troubleshoot issues, prevent abuse, protect accounts and systems, and meet legal or accounting obligations. We use it for those purposes rather than for unrelated advertising profiles.

03 / Sharing and service providers

No selling. Limited operating support.

Nudgeharbor does not sell or rent workspace information. Inside a customer’s workspace, information may be visible to the people that customer authorizes, such as staff or contractors who need it to respond to inquiries, schedule visits, or complete follow-ups. The customer is responsible for choosing those permissions and for how its team uses the information.

We use a limited set of service providers to operate features that a customer requests. Depending on the workspace setup, these may include providers for:

  • Hosting, database, and authentication infrastructure.
  • Email delivery for notifications or other messages the customer asks the service to send.
  • AI processing when a customer uses an AI-powered feature. In that case, the information needed to provide that feature may be sent for processing.

These providers receive information needed for the service they perform. We may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, respond to a valid legal process, protect people or the service, or investigate misuse. If the business using Nudgeharbor exports or shares information separately, that sharing is governed by the business’s own practices.

04 / Retention and security

Kept while it has a job to do

We expect to keep workspace information for as long as it is needed to provide the workspace, support the customer, maintain security, resolve disputes, and meet legal or accounting obligations. When information is no longer needed for those purposes, we will remove it or de-identify it as appropriate. Backups and disaster-recovery copies may take longer to cycle out than active workspace data.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures intended to protect information from unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration. No online service can promise absolute security, so please use the workspace carefully and contact us if you believe an account or record may be at risk.

05 / Questions and requests

Need to find, correct, or remove information?

For access, correction, deletion, or other privacy questions, email nudgeharbor-cq8zvp@polsia.app. If the information is in a local-service business’s workspace, contacting that business directly may also be the fastest way to update or act on the record.

To help us locate a request, include the account or workspace details you have, the email address or phone number connected to the record, and a clear description of what you want changed. We may need to verify identity or account authority before completing a request, especially when it concerns someone else’s workspace.
